Cranberry Honey Lemonade

Nick’s Cranberry Honey Lemonade

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6½ cup water

Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil to create a simple syrup. Add in honey and cranberries and simmer for 10 minutes. In a 2qt or larger jug combine lemon juice and rest of water, then pour in simple syrup mixture, using strainer to remove any particles left over. Stir well and chill in fridge till ready to serve. Makes 8 cups.
